Dear Vendor:

 

We at FriendShip Kitchens have supported the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) as our charity of choice for the past ten years.  In strengthening our relationship with JDRF we have committed to enhancing our fund raising efforts.

 

FriendShip Kitchens will be conducting its 14th annual motorcycle Poker Run on August 26th 2023 with all proceeds going to (JDRF). Last year we raised over $52,000 dollars. 

 

This year we are focusing on additional marketing to draw more participants to the run.     

 

The poker run will consist of all participants stopping at five predetermined FriendShip locations, getting thei play card stamped then returning to the American Legion in Sandusky to draw their poker hand. The participant with the best poker hand at the end of the run will win the grand prize of $10,000 dollars.  Once all riders return to the American Legion they will receive a meal. During this time and before the wining poker hand has been announced there will be fifty/fifty drawings, tip boards and raffles.

 

All of our vendor partners are being asked to participate in helping us to make this event as successful as possible.  No contribution is too small.  We are in need of larger prizes to raffle and smaller prizes to give away as door prizes.  If merchandise can not be given we ask that a donation to JDRF in FriendShip Food Stores name be made.
